Microsites are only available through one of the 61 National Kidney Registry Member Centers that participate in the microsite program. If you are a patient with one of these centers, reach out to your team there for more information on the microsite program. If you are not working with one of these centers, you can register through the National Kidney Registry to get started.

If you don’t see your transplant center on this map, we recommend reaching out to your transplant coordinator to request that your center participates in our microsite program.
