Transplant centers that participate in the National Kidney Registry’s Microsite Program can help you set up your own personal microsite, where you can tell your story, spread the word about your donor search and give potential donors an easy way to get tested on your behalf. His father, mother, and brother were all ruled out as donors, so the family created a microsite and did everything they could to share his story and find a donor. His microsite got over 4,350 views, and 65 people agreed to be tested. One of them was a match, and Greer had a successful transplant with her kidney on September 14, 2023.
