Share Your Transplant Story

Have you received a living kidney donor transplant? Your story could give others inspiration and hope. If you’re interested in sharing your experience and being featured in the Find A Kidney blog, please fill out the form below.

You can choose to write your own story or schedule a brief (~30 minute) phone interview with a writer who will draft it for you. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft, with final approval before publication. You will also be asked to provide a short bio, at least one photo (additional photos are encouraged), and sign an image/likeness release.
